I have had a nutrition and health coaching business for the last 16 years and have become a student of mental health for close to the same amount of time. Going back to school for a degree and license in counseling was a choice I made to deepen my understanding of how our minds function, and be able to support people in their mental health journey in a more direct way.
My name is Nathan, I'm currently studying at Heidelberg hoping to eventually get my own license as a counselor. I'm originally from North East Ohio, but have been in the area for just about 2 years now. I have been married 5 years, and currently own 2 cats.
